Who are we

Established over 100 years ago, Cartwright Marston now operates from three offices in Prime locations in New Union Street Coventry, Church Street and Coton Road in Nuneaton. These offices are at the heart of the Coventry and North Warwickshire property markets.

Richard Smith		FRICS Surveyor Working from our Coton Road Offices, Richard heads an active Commercial Department specialising in all aspects of Commercial Property including sales and letting of offices, shops and warehouses, professional valuations particularly for mortgage purposes, rent reviews, rating and compulsory purchase and compensation.


Christopher Rowley		FRICS Chartered Surveyor Based at our Church Street Offices in Nuneaton, Chris heads our Residential Sales operation in the Nuneaton and North Warwickshire area. With over 30 years of local experience, he is ideally placed to offer all of his clients advice on all aspects of both buying and selling.


David Satchwell		FRICS Chartered Surveyor Based at our Coventry Offices, David heads our Lettings and Management Departments in Coventry and Nuneaton. We offer a full service to landlords and tenants alike and also specialise in the block management of flats. With two dedicated offices offering a full service to both landlords and tenants, we have probably the largest Management portfolio in the area.


Chris Hands		MRICS FNEA Chartered Surveyor Based at our Coton Road Offices, Chris heads our Survey, Professional and Commercial Team in Nuneaton and Coventry. With over 30 years of local experience he can provide advice on all property matters.
