The
management of leasehold property is a complex matter and Cartwright
Marston have considerable experience of the day to day running of
developments ranging from 3 units to in excess of 130 units. The
service includes the preparation of service charge budgets, the
collection of service charges, instructing and paying contractors,
supervision of maintenance works and preparation of annual accounts
for submission to lessees. Regular site inspections are carried
out and management committees met on a regular basis.
